Music therapy session 08/02/2020: Today during the therapy session I experienced myself as a part of this existence. As everything is so I am. There I had everything. I was whole and complete. I felt whole and complete and I experienced the divine. I felt that God is there all around full of silence but a presence. I didn’t want to come back from that experience. Today I experienced God and myself. I felt like I have achieved the purpose of my life. Thanking ma’am would be like separating her from this experience but I am so full of love and gratitude for her. It is a blessing to meet her and if the purpose of Guru is to help their disciple to meet God, then ma’am you are my guru. Even though we live in a professional world where we have a professional existence but what I experienced was beyond a professional therapy session. Ma’am I will forever see you as my guru who has helped me meet myself and the God. My humble gratitude to you. This experience was more real to me than the world around me. Also I feel that I lost my fear of losing because in truth there is nothing to lose and nothing to gain. It has been a life changing experience for me.
