Sinchana Murthy, I met her about 11 years ago when she has just started her career as a music teacher. She is about 12 to 15 years younger than me but that has never come in the way of her teaching experience. She brings a variety of talent to her teaching skills. She is different with a 4 year old versus a 15 versus a 35. She is versatile, experimental without letting go of what she feels strongly about and also focused and encouraging. She can make a person with a terrible voice and sense of music believe in themselves which is a great quality to have.
